Observed swarms of birds flying between the seed and the home across the street. Observed multiple occasions of swarms of birds flying into traffic driving along Helen St creating hazards for drivers. The home across the street has large quantities of bird poop covering the rocks and concrete in the right of way, as well as seed shells covering the sidewalk and driveway. -VM |
