On site with tenant. The heater turn on but not blow out hot air, the air was warm. The outdoor closet door will not close properly and is damage. The counter next to the refrigerator is loose and will lift up. The bath tub has cracks in the bottom of the tub. Smoke detector was on on the wall, tenant stated it fell down. |
