02/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The owner of the mobile home called and on their way back and will meet at the site. Did meet and check the pedestal and work is being done on the property due to having issues with the electrical from the pole to the distribution box coming from Randall Blvd. They are currently on a generator and not using the power from the pole. The parts that are needed are ordered and will be in the first week of March and will need a power kill and checking on the permit for this work due to does not show being issued. Did check on a permit for the generator and was not able to find the permit and called the contractor and they sent the permit number as being issued. While on site did find meters that were connected to the main service panels and the meters were not from T.E.P. Did call T.E.P. to the site and they were removed due to have not called for a reconnect when the power was removed on March of 2022. By removing these meters, unit 39 to 47 at this time has no electrical to the mobile homes. Did call the management and they sent the maintenance supervisor to assist on the vacated mobile homes without power. Did go over other issues with the other meter location that have drops for the service panels and they will be address. The grounding are lacking and will be installed and met with the electrical contractor JMAC and will be part of the permit. They have started the permit process for the reconnect due to will be required due to on record has been off for more than 6-months. Will check on Tuesday. RV.
02/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Did call the management and the electrical has been turned back on since 1:30 PM. Will need to check of the space 47 has been corrected. RV.
02/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and the meters have not been installed. Did Call T.E.P. and the clearance has not been given yet. Did do an Email and check on what needs to be done to get the clearance to T.E.P. to have the electrical turned back on. Will have to check in the afternoon. RV.
04/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Have tried to make contact with the tenant and has not called back. Have gone over and no one home. Did talk to the electrician and he has not heard or been told of issues in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
