The contractor Arcadia Landscape started to clean the property and the bid was wrong for the price that was submitted. T.E.P. was on site and will be doing the work to have the property cleaned. The contractor will be backing out of the bid and letting T.E.P. clean the property. The rep. for T.E.P. will start the process to have the property cleaned with the contractor T.E.P. uses to clean their sites. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
