Had fire next door and the drywall from the NE bedroom had the ceiling pulled down to check for fire in the attic area. The electrical meter was turned off due to the damage and the water coming from the ceiling and on the flooring. The gas was also removed at the meter due to the damage to the unit. Will have to check for other damage in a few days due to the water in the ceilings and wall if they will blister or sag. Had smoke through out and T.F.D. used a fan to blow the smoke out as much as they could. This unit is Public Housing for the City of Tucson and the manger signed the paperwork and will be securing the unit once the investigation is completed. Did post Do Not Enter on the front window. The tenant was being placed in a unit at another location and will be calling Redcross for placement. The unit has water coming down the ceilings and on the flooring. RV. |
