225 PM - The south east corner of the property is the dumpster area, which has no litter, trash, or debris surrounding the dumpster. Parking area also free of trash and debris. Walked along both rights of way along Winstel Boulevard and Flower Street and found no accumulations of trash or debris. Unable to verify, close case. -VM |
