929 AM - Found perimeter fence of property breached. Structure is vacant former Pizza Hut. Found broken glass on multiple doors, and multiple doors are unlocked and unsecured. There were occupants inside of the structure upon arrival that left the property. TPD was called out to the scene and contact was attempted with ownership. Owner was unable to be located. TPD cleared the structure. Contractor was called to secure the structure. Building was secured by city contractor and posted unsafe to occupy. There is graffiti present on the structure and there is trash and debris on the grounds of the structure. Notice of violation was posted and will be mailed. -VM |
