After inspection found that unit was very unsanitary with trash and debris, roaches, mice, dog fececs though-out, pile of trash and counter tops in kitchen that could lead to fire with combustion, no smoke detector, will be posting unsafe to occupy, will hand del notice to tenant and mail to owner, tenant was advised no occupancy till unit is up to code. |
