ON SITE WITH TFD, TC3, TPD, CBI, SW GAS, TEP AND CITY CONTRACTOR. GAS WAS PINNED. TEP BOOTED THE METER. CITY CONTRACTOR BOARDED WINDOWS THAT DID NOT HAVE SECURITY BARS ON THEM AND PINNED THE DOORS. TENANTS WERE REMOVED FROM THE UNIT. TC3 REMOVED THE ANIMALS FROM THE UNIT. PROPERTY HAS BEEN CONDEMNED. |
