They were climbing out of a window on the west side of the main building where the plywood was removed. Did call inspector Aaron to the site to assist on checking the complex that was a school. The structures have been boarded up and has area where the plywood removed and doors opened. At this time did not find people on site. Did get a phone number to call from T.E.P. and made contact and met a the site. Did show the areas that need to be secured and the maintenance will be securing the site.
