1156 AM - Previously placed calls to tenant on 3/21/23 and 4/6/23, was unable to meet with tenant. Did speak to tenant 4/19/23 and he states has moved out. On site contact with supervisor, states apartment has been repaired and ready for leasing. Did enter apartment, observed no leaks or damage to drywall. Employee states there previously was a leak in bedroom and was fixed. Observed no insects. Employee turned on AC unit and it produced cold air. Unable to verify violations, will close case. -VM |
