Code enforcement has found the property of 202 E. Mohave rd. Unsecured with evidence of transit activity. The property lacks of utilities and the structures integrity has been impaired. The property has been deemed unfit to occupy and condemned until repairs have been made with applicable permits and approvals. Currently the masonry building facing west has a opening that is in need to be secured. Someone has damaged the potentially weight bearing block wall to gain entry. The opening is approximately 2ft by 2ft. |
