131 PM - Worker for owner on site, no permits on site. Observed new AC unit installed on roof. Water heater is disconnected and will need to be reconnected. Modifications to electrical to include possible new fixture junctions. Windows have been closed off/boarded and finished with drywall inside. New duct work inside. Would appear to be modifications to porches, porches with corrugated metal roofs. Posted a stop work order. Will issue a citation. -VM |
