On site with the tenant, manager and heater guy on the phone. The heating unit is blowing out hot air. The heater guy did replace the circuit board. Because the unit is a heat pump (electric) the thermostat does have a setting for emergency heat. I informed the tenant when the heating unit is blowing out cold air in the early mornings to switch from heat to emergency heat. That will trigger the heating unit to continue blowing out heat. |
