On site - verified wooden fence that is falling over in alley, currently being supported by additional 4x4's blocking access to the alley. Fence is not secured to posts in multiple areas and has dilapidated and missing slats. Appears that original fencing was chain link then covered with wooden panels. No permits on record for material change. There is also a large porch structure in the rear of the property that does not have approved permits for construction. Issuing notice of violation for fencing and porch structure. |
