On site with TPD and Property Manager. There was car through building on the corner of Building 7 South East of the dwelling affecting UNIT 701. Car impacted the very corner of the building. UNIT 701 is currently unoccupied. COT Contractor bordered up the opening damages to the dwelling. Manager signed documents. Power was turned off for the unit, from the interior breaker unit panel. Permits Required. A structural engineer is highly recommended. |
