There is a food truck located on the property, south side of the parking lot area behind the smoke shop building. There are no such approvals to operate a food truck in the zone without proper permits (peddler's permit). Spoke to an employee of the shop smoke to inform them of the food truck and of the complaint. Food truck at this time, is parked, not operating any business. Later spoke to owner on the phone about the complaint and how to abate violations regarding the food truck. Sent notice of violation letter. |
