On site at property. Overgrown veg throughout the parel, the resience's facia is rotten and in need of rehabilitation, the stucco on the home is damaged and cracked at multiple locations, the roof ofthe home is severely damaged and no longer weather proofed, the wesstern facing door is gone and has been replaced with a plywood slab. Multiple areas ofthe home's exterior have been patched with plywood instead of making necessary repairs. |
