There is fire damage to carport area and west side of main house there is structural damage caused by fire to include, roof and ceiling, burned electrical wires, electrical fixtures, damage to drywall , insulation, roof decking, also solar panels have been damaged on rooftop. Gas and electric have been turned off at meters. Structure is condemned at this time. Owner has signed indemnification form an emergency abatement all repairs required permits within 60 days and should be done by a licensed contractor. |
