308 pm - Found a storage shed building in the north side yard next to the garage. There is an approximately 70 foot by 10 foot structure behind it, consisting of two sets of poles, one to the east of the storage shed, and another set further east of this. The poles are approximately the height of the house, and the structure has large nets to enclose it. CMU walls built around the property. The above listed improvements appear to be completed without a zoning or compliance review. There are no inoperable vehicles in the front yard of the property. I could observe no horses on the property from the front of the property. Issued NOV on site to obtain a compliance review. -VM |
