In addition, there is exposed electrical wires, and damage to ceiling that has calapsed into interior structure. There is also no proper egress throughout property. All utilities are turned off. Electrical requires CC for reconnect property to be secured by city contractor do not enter sign posted in front of the property as well as emergency abatement forms and notice of violation. Within 60 days damage to structure and any electrical issues permits need to be obtained and repaired by a license contract. in addition, there is a refuse and debris throughout the exterior property. |
