Owner of the property states she does not want me to enter the property to conduct an inspection. Complainant is a possibly former tenant but has no proof of residency at this property. The complainant was served a notice to vacate before December 31, 2025 so it would appear he is not residing on the property legally. At this time, Code Enforcement does not have jurisdiction or a legal right to enter the structure. Case will be closed. -VM |
