Clean up of property by city contractor proceeded on April 10th, 13th, 14th. While on site with warrant, I was able to observe the back yard, which had severely overgrown weeds, some over 3 feet tall, throughout. Contractor bid as time and material and submitted invoice for change order. Cost will not exceed original estimated cost. VIOLATIONS ABATED. CLOSE CASE. |
