Saw 4 other vehicles parked in the right of way at the front of the property and none of them appeared inoperable. All other vehicles on the property appeared operable. Right of way violations are handled by Department of Transportation and Mobility. I am not issuing a notice at this time. Will follow up in 1 week to see if the vehicle in the carport is repaired. |
