Upon ariving atthe site itwas apparent that there were no cars, no noise coming from the home, no signs at all that anyone ws actively living there. Additionally, the front door had key lock boxes with combonation locks that are usually seen at propertys that are being shown for sale. As there is no indication that the home is being used as a residence at all, let alone as a halfway home, this case is closed. |
