Did not observe trash or debris at this property. Also, the vehicles listed on the complaint all are operational. This is the second time I had the owner prove that the vehicles at this property are operational. The VW Beetle does have a broken window and a cracked bumper, but it starts and runs. The Ford Mustang, gold Ford, and Dodge run as well. The hood is up on the dodge to due a packrat issue at the property. I advised the owner to put the vehicle with the hood up to put it in the carport. |
