On site at property TFD onscene. All utilities have been disconnected. Fire, smoke, and water damage throughout the entire structure. Fire damage to structural beams, ceiling, walls, electrical fixtures, electrical wiring , plumbing. Property is condemned. indemnification form signed by owner permits required for all repairs by licensed contractor within 60 days. In addition to fire damage, there are signs of excessive storage and unlivable conditions throughout property will be issued separate NOV for these violations. |
