On site, and after inspection found multiple inoperable vehicles that are dismantled and have flat tires on the property. On site along with Tucson Electric Power, and Also found that electrical power to provide adequate power to the and within the building or structure on the property; a permit is required due to the weather head being damaged and unapproved wiring is throughout the building's exterior. Also found throughout the property refuse and debris. Notice and order hand delivered to tenant on the property to secure the property and evacuate the property. Notice of violation hand delivered to tenant on the property. Notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate hand delivered to tenant on the property. |
