On site of property TFD on scene unsanitary living conditions to include refuse and debris throughout interior property. There are insects accumulating on dirty dishes, and old trash, obstructions of egress, large window damaged and unable to secure. Structure to be secured by city contractor. All utilities will remain active as there is no immediate threat of fire or hazard. owner and tenant are not able to be contacted. Emergency abatement will be posted at door as well as condemnation. |
