Spoke with homeowner and it was advised to be that this is in a historical district (HR-3); the homeowner is and will continue to work with the historical committee for the district to update site plan. Since this is a historical district, under T.C. Chap. 9, Sec. 9., that is the first step in any updates to property or restoration plans then will go to the city for permits. All other violations have been abated. Case Closed - Resolved. |
