I arrived on property and explained to the owner that the encampment was not aceptable and he needed to resolve it. He indicated that everytime they removed people, they just came back. He refues to engage law enforcment in removal for fear of retraumatizing the unhoused. I explained that he could end up in court if he fails to resolve this issue. |
