Spoke to operation manager for the building. There are no bright lights on the building at this time stated from the manager. They stated they do not operate at night and there are no new or replaced lights. CE reminded them that if they are new or replaced lights to obtain proper permits, and must be shielded downward. They reported there was an accident a few weeks ago where TEP were working late night and were using bright lights at night. No verify at this time. Request CE on call inspector for lights cases. Case closed. |
