On site with tenant. Tenant was argumentative during initial inspection. Phone call to owner regarding complaint. At this time there is a palm tree with an accumulation of dead palm fronds, a dead tree in the back yard and some vegetation obstructing the right of way abutting southside of the property. There was a structure in the backyard that was on the original site plan but is now in the process of demo. The small decorative fence does not require a permit. |
