On site and at this time there is an accumulation of grass/weeds that exceed 6"(these weeds do not meet the characteristic of buffelgrass) , a palm tree in the rear of the property that has dead palm fronds less than 10 ft from the ground. All added structures on the property were added to the original site plan many years ago. |
