341 PM - Upon receiving notification of this case, I requested all historical plans and permits be uploaded. Request was completed under REQ-0126-00322. The original property record card indicates the area in question, at the front of the home and at the south end of the driveway, was originally a garage. It is currently enclosed with windows and is open with the living space of the dwelling. This change was permitted in 1994 and permit documents are listed in pages 8 through 16. Complaint is unfounded, close case. -VM |
