Called the owner, he said he has been trying to reach me buit I havent been available. I do not have missed calls from him but all the same, I explained what needed to addressed and he explained to me that those additions have been there for as long as he owned the home. I told him he would need them permitted all the same and he is working on that process now. I did add that, failure to submit for these permits and work to see them finalizede would preclude him from future extensions and end with a citation. |
