As stated in the complaint, the rear shed can only be seen via aerial photos and cannot be observed from the public right of way. I was not allowed access to the interior of the property. Therefore, I cannot fully verify the rear shed. The masonry wall exists and is under 6ft, but requires a compliance review and overgrown vegetation does exist in the front of the property. |
