Spoke with the owner to extend the timeline for the cleaning of the property. I had Biff Baker come out to secure the entry points. The owner has a cleaning crew that comes once per week. Also advised the owner to contact PDSD for the permits and everything necessary to rebuild the property |

Property is still in major violation of city code for overgrown vegetation, accumulation of trash, debris, and a large homeless population. On site with TPD who were there before I arrived. I called BIff baker 9-23-26 to have them come today to secure the perimeter of the property with fencing. I am scheduling a contractor cleanup of the property. I also posted Do Not Enter signs in multiple places. |
