Spoke to the owner through her son. I explained that I sent a notice of violation and what needed to be done. They acted as if tehy did notknow what I was talking about. I told them what needed to be done to avoid going to court. They were not happy and proceeded to walk away. I called back in a few hours to let them know I would send a final NOV w a 30 day notice. |
