Car struck wall on southeast portion of structure, in a master bedroom added by addition permitted under TC-RES-0823-07298. Multiple studs are damaged and separated from the base plate. The base plate is cracked and damaged. There are two electrical outlets on this wall that are displaced. Drywall on inside is cracked and damaged. Window is broken. Wall siding is damaged. No apparent damage to the foundation observed. Owner on site isolated power to the two outlets at the breaker, and will secure the opening into the wall by boarding it. Issued 60 day notice to make repairs to damage with a Residential Addition/Alteration Permit. -VM |
