The front of the dwelling, north end of the building, was damaged by the tree. There is roof damages. TFD stated TEP checked for electrical damages and found none and left the power on. TFD stated there appears to be no gas damages neither and Southwest Gas left it on. Owner signed documents. Condemnation. Permits required for repairs from the accident. Highly recommended a structural engineer. The owner’s contractor showed on site to help with situation. |
