On site at property. There is a large accumulation of trash and refuse throughout the property as well as large piles of outdoor storage to include appliances, furniture, and construction material. There are at least 3 JMVs visible from the ROW but I cannot get makes/models as they are so tightly packed into the parcel and surrounded by other debris. |
