Observed several tarps on roof. A large portion of the exterior cladding of the walls is just plywood, no weather protection. Fascia around the entire house is rotting and not weather protected. Excessive accumulation of storage in front and side yard, and in carport. Accumulation of weeds higher than 6 inches in front yard. Observed 5 vehicles parked in the front yard and right of way, one of them with flat tires and is inoperable. Issuing notice of violation. |
