The fire caused smoke, heat and possible electrical damage. TFD was unable to isolate power to the stairwell due to miss/no labeling of the circuit breakers. Property manager was able to contact a license electrician which arrived on scene to isolate power to the stair well. Power to the stairwell is to remain off until all repairs are made. A licensed contractor will be required for all repairs/replacements. This business has 60 days to apply and obtain all necessary permit. This business will remain open and the stairwell will remain accessible. Management has also created a work order for all breakers to be properly labeled. F/U in 60 days. |
