The front yard has no accumulation of trash or debris, and no storage of items with the exception of one refrigerator in the front yard. The rear yard has no accumulations of refuse or debris. There is minor storage of some items at the rear of the structure, and a trailer in the backyard, which does not have any inoperable characteristics. The rest of the rear yard is clean. Spoke to the property owner and advised in its current state the storage is not excessive, and will be closing the case. -VM |
