On site at property with TFD, tenant, and property owner. There was a mobile home fire, UNIT C. There was excessive damages to UNIT C. UNIT C had a private electrical power and breaker. It is inactive and damaged at this time. There is no Gas to UNIT C, as in UNIT C had no Gas appliances or Gas meter, or gas for this UNIT C whatsoever. Condemnation. Permits Required. Owner of property signed documents. |
