Appears to be an addition to home in this same area where electric meter is located, enclosing electric meter in the addition. These additions encroach into the setback. Spoke to owner over the phone, says he has no permits and that the structure is not screwed into or attached to the home. From the street, it would appear that the structure is in fact attached to the home. I posted a stop work order on front of garage. Permits are required for this activity. -VM |
