Court hearing was 5-13-25 and the defendant did not appear. The Judge ruled on the case based on the merits and decided the defendant was not to return to the COT owned property or any other property not designated for peddlers. Furthermore, a $2500.00 per day fine was imposed on the defendant if he is found in violation of the court order. |
