On site with inspector AQ, management, and resident. There was no evidence of a roach infestation. However, the tenant noted that he had been treating for roaches himself. Management had a bug company come to view the unit while I was on site, finding was not disclosed to me. Spoke to management about repairs to the historical structure, permits and the HPZ board review. Gave everyone my card and told them to call me with any questions or concerns. At this time there is nothing visible to issue a notice, |
