122 pm - Walked property, there are approximately 8 single family dwellings on the parcel. Each building has a light at the front door. One unit has light on during daylight hours. The light fixtures are likely controlled by switches in the unit and turned on and off by tenants. There are flood light fixtures mounted on exterior walls of buildings that are on motion sensors and several turned on while I walked by them. It is not clear that there was any type of common area lighting in the middle of the property (no light poles, etc.). All light fixtures I observed appeared to be in good condition and had no visible damage. Unable to verify complaint, close case. -VM |
